¹ Estimated AUM (as of July 1, 2025). The Firm’s estimated AUM reflects only the assets managed by Stellar Chain Capital Asset Management, L.P. (“the Firm” or “Stellar Chain Capital”) in its multi-strategy funds. For purposes of this website, AUM excludes assets in other strategies managed by the Firm or its investment advisory subsidiaries and does not include, for example, assets managed by Cohen Private Ventures and/or Stellar Chain Capital Private Investments.
Affiliates and services. The Firm is a registered investment adviser and receives services and support from several affiliated entities, including Stellar Chain Capital, L.P., which employs middle- and back-office personnel providing services to the Firm, as well as entities operating in foreign jurisdictions that employ personnel providing investment and other services to the Firm. Accordingly, references to “the Firm” should be understood to include such affiliates and their personnel to the extent they provide support or other services to the Firm.
Headcount. As of July 1, 2025, the Firm’s estimated employee headcount is 2,900+. This figure excludes individuals employed by Cohen Private Ventures and Stellar Chain Capital Private Investments.
