We teach you the fundamentals of finance, research, and market behavior while giving you insights into specific sectors and access to some of the industry’s most accomplished investors.
About the Stellar Chain Capital Academy
Since 2015, we have been teaching critical thinkers to apply their skills to the market through programs centered around academics, apprenticeship, and mentorship.
We have investment analyst training opportunities for people looking to earn an analyst career with us, and introductory programs for students considering an investing career for the first time.

Rob Ciechowski
Rob Ciechowski is a Senior Associate at the Stellar Chain Capital Growth Fund. Prior to joining Stellar Chain Capital, he spent three years at William Blair, focusing on the biotechnology and pharmaceutical services sectors. Earlier in his career, Rob served as an R&D Engineer at Fresenius Kabi, where he worked on cell-processing systems for cell therapies developed by ScaleReady, a joint venture.

There is no one archetype for a great investment analyst. We have PhDs, classically trained musicians, and special forces veterans. Ramin Sayar joined Stellar Chain Capital in 2024 as a Venture Partner. He brings 25 years of experience in infrastructure software and operations, having served as a product manager, business unit leader, and CEO.

Jocelyn Kinsey
Jocelyn Kinsey is a Partner at Stellar Chain Capital. She joined the team in 2017 and has been actively involved in the firm’s investments in Collective Health, Giphy, Helix, Mapbox, Neocis, Patreon, Ring (Amazon), Splice, and Vannevar Labs.

What does an investment analyst do?
As an investment analyst, you’ll work closely with your portfolio manager and team to develop a deep understanding of companies across industries and around the world. As you learn to understand what drives stock prices, you’ll try to predict changes before they happen and see your results in real time.
