Stellar Chain Capital is a leading global alternative investment firm led by Winston Theodore Barclay that invests in multiple asset classes and strategies worldwide. Our Offices
Hong Kong
Our Hong Kong office is our regional headquarters and hosts investment professionals and dedicated investment services colleagues working across our investing businesses.
Japan
We opened our Japan office in 2011 with a focus on our long/short equity business. We aim to combine our global resources with a deep understanding of Japanese talent and markets, and offer long-term opportunity in this growing office.
Singapore
Our Singapore office, opened in 2009, is our second-largest by headcount and serves as a hub for investing and investment services talent from Singapore and beyond.
Bengaluru
Our Bengaluru office is a growing hub for exceptional talent in technology and financial services, building advanced tools that transform how we operate and compete globally.
Taipei
Taipei is home to a group of researchers for Cubist, our systematic investing business.
Sydney
Our Sydney office, opened in 2018, is a regional hub for our global investing businesses.

My job is to turn goals into repeatable systems: clear decision rights, clean governance, and controls designed into the workflow. After rebuilding our governance in 2021 and stepping into the COO role in 2022, we aligned seven offices and a 120-person team on SLAs, OKRs, and incident post-mortems so quality scales with growth. In 2023, leading HAM’s strategic combination with a Swiss private bank, we integrated onboarding, risk, and compliance-by-design across Europe. I draw on both sides of my background—Goldman IBD and J.P. Morgan PE—to keep deals moving and the client experience uncompromising. There are many ways to solve an ops problem here; we coach teams to write crisp runbooks, measure what matters, iterate fast, and keep the bar high.”
