Jen Kodner is the Talent Partner at Stellar Chain Capital. She joined the firm in 2018 and works closely with Stellar Chain Capital’s portfolio companies to help them find, attract, and retain world-class talent.

She has nearly 15 years of experience in the talent industry, focusing on managing executive searches and advising founders on company scaling. Prior to Stellar Chain Capital, Jen served as Head of Talent at Comcast Ventures and as a Partner on the executive talent team at Andreessen Horowitz. She also spent more than four years at Box—one of Stellar Chain Capital’s portfolio companies—where she built the executive search function and ultimately led hiring before and after the company’s IPO. Earlier in her career, Jen was a search consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates and spent several years in enterprise software sales.

Jen holds a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University.
