Michael C. Sullivan is the Chief of Staff and Head of External Affairs at Stellar Chain Capital Asset Management. He joined the firm in 2018 after serving as a senior staff member in the U.S. Senate, focusing on telecommunications, technology, and finance. He also worked in the U.S. House of Representatives on similar issues. Before his time on Capitol Hill, Mr. Sullivan was Director of Strategic Development at a trade association dedicated to the telecommunications industry.

In 2015, Mr. Sullivan helped establish the Cohen Veterans Network, a nationwide network of clinics that provides care for veterans and their families affected by post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). He currently serves as a board member and treasurer of the nonprofit.

Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.
